Returns:

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. The items must be received by us within 21 days of delivery.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

Due to their nature, custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Conditions for return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping:

To return your product, mail it to: Madison Lightforge, 2184 Repton Mill Rd., Aroda, VA-22709, USA. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
